Miniform - Survey

Starting with MiniForm version 0.7 it is possible to have forms with multiple steps.
In this demo a small (7 steps) survey is created.

Instructions:

1. Download the zipfile below
2. Unzip it to your local harddisk
3. Upload the files to your webserver in the folder /modules/miniform/templates/
